Under your leadership, Texas Young Democrats didn’t just grow, we transformed. From landmark constitutional reforms that decentralized our state convention and expanded participation, to restoring our financial foundation and empowering TYD to endorse statewide candidates, your presidency reshaped what youth organizing looks like in Texas.

You elevated young voices into the highest levels of the Democratic process, led grassroots efforts that pushed every TYD-endorsed candidate into a runoff, and positioned TYD as a leading force in the fight against racially gerrymandered maps. When Texas communities needed help most, you ensured TYD showed up — not just at the ballot box, but in moments of real crisis.

Most importantly, you rebuilt this organization from the ground up: restoring trust, modernizing our operations, and reaffirming TYD’s role as a credible, impactful force in Democratic organizing statewide.
