Governor Perry claims he want to end the common practice of using accounting tricks to balance the budget. All Texans should realize that due to these accounting tricks our current state budget that he signed into law is badly out of balance by billions of dollars. Texans also should know that Medicaid will be broke around the end of this calendar year, eight months before the end of the fiscal year.
