πŸ¦πŸŒ™ Lights out for migrating birds!
Fall migration is underway, and the highest concentration of birds passes through Texas this month. Bright lights can disorient those birds!

You can help:

πŸŒ™ Turn off nonessential lights from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.
πŸͺŸ Close blinds and curtains.
πŸ’‘ Turn off outdoor decorative and flood lights.
⬇️ Use shielded lights that direct lights downward.
