We’re proud to launch the Efficiency Initiatives Dashboard, a public tool we created to provide residents, Council, and City leadership with a clear view of how the City is responsibly using your tax dollars.

This dashboard highlights initiatives that are delivering—or are expected to deliver—financial savings, enhanced service quality, or improved operations within the City. The dashboard will continue to grow as departments submit more initiatives over time.

Several members of our audit team spent part of this week in Cleveland for the Association of Local Government Auditors Annual Conference!

It's our yearly opportunity to learn from peers across the country, share insights on the challenges our cities are facing, and bring home fresh ideas to strengthen our work.

We're grateful for the opportunity to connect, collaborate, and keep improving.
