Businesses are the backbone of our communities and we stand with those who provide jobs, invest in the community and take care of the families they employ. Democrat policies and mandates have created an economic atmosphere that has forced businesses to close or move to other states. We need our businesses to be places for Growth, Opportunity and Prosperity. Vote Republican and change the economic environment of Minnesota.

I hear from job creators across Minnesota that lowering taxes and cutting unnecessary regulations are essential to growing our economy. Even businsses who have been in Minnesota for years are choosing to expand in other states because of the burdensome mandates and taxes. As the only candidate endorsed by both the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce and the National Federation of Independent Business, I stand with our job creators. Every dollar spent navigating unnecessary regulations is a dollar that could go toward hiring, higher wages, and growing local businesses. We need to reward the risk-takers who start businesses, create jobs, and strengthen our local economy.

The unfortunate byproduct of Democrat trifecta is that money was spent in so many directions and we are finding that large amounts of the money did not go to those in need but instead to fraud. This shows how poorly government is regulated under Democrats but also why we need Republican leadership in St Paul and across the state.

Minnesotans are finally seeing the extent of the fraud. Investigations discovered agencies looking the other way while billions were spent fraudulently. If there is potentially nine billion dollars being spent fraudulently, we need to audit and examine each budget line item. It is offensive to hard-working Minnesotans who want to help their neighbors and want good schools and want safe streets to see their money squandered by fraudsters. We need legislators who will respect the Minnesota taxpayer by passing responsible, focused legislation with strong safeguards. And agencies need new leadership so they are forced to hold others accountable and detect anomalies early for fraudulent spending.
This is why I was so adamant about passing an Office of Inspector General with subpoena power. But the best way to prevent fraud is for the government to be limited and focused on core functions.

The Annual Mower County MN GOP Lincoln Reagan Dinner is this Tuesday the 25th at the Austin Eagles. Come celebrate the good changes Conservatives have brought to our state and the work needed to get them elected. Doors open at 5:15 with food being served at 6pm. Local leaders like Senator Gene Dornink and Representative Patricia Mueller as well as Brad Finstad for Congress. Several other legislative leaders will be there as well as Ryan Wilson for the Lisa Demuth for governor campaign and others. Tickets are $20.

Thank you for the great turnout during the Fair. We loved hearing from you about the issues most important to you and look forward to seeing you show up for our Lincoln Reagan Dinner August 25th at the Eagles with doors opening at 5:15 and food starting at 6pm. $20 to help support our candidates and mission of bringing conservative voices into leadership in our state.

After the fair, we are catching back up with signs. Anyone who wants a Gene Dornink For Senate or Mueller for Minnesota sign? We will be out tomorrow. We thank you all for the great support.

August 25th is also the Lincoln Reagan Dinner with many great conservative leaders in attendance with doors opening at 5:15 and meal at 6pm at the Austin Eagles Lookout Aerie 703. Tickets are $20 woth food included.

Thank you to everyone who made it out to the Fair this past week. This is our Republican team to represent us at the top of the ticket but we also have the local people who we know and love Gene Dornink For Senate Senator Gene Dornink amd Representative Patricia Mueller Mueller for Minnesota. Make sure to support them as they stand for you locally. This is an amazing team to fight the Democrat fraud, expose the harmful government regulations and create a pathway for Minnesota where all can prosper and government doesn't suck the life out of small businesses, families, and farmers. Brad Finstad for Congress is doing that same work for our area in Washington.

Get involved these last few months before elections by getting signs, talking to your neighbors and friends, amd getting people out to vote. We can always overcome the Democrat machine with numbers of dedicated Americans.

Thank you to all those who got out and voted in the primary. We are excited to chart a new direction for Minnesota with the great leaders. Come out to see us at the Mower County Fair this week and let your voice be heard about what issues are most important to you. There is much broken during the Democrat trifecta of control. We can do it together.

This past weekend brought our last parade. I thank you for the many people who have helped throughout this season as we walked in 9 different parades and gave out countless stickers and high fives and greetings. It was fun to celebrate the 150th anniversary of LeRoy. It was also fun to meet up with Cherie Johnson for Senate and her great campaign.

We have also been spreading literature around Austin throughout the week. If you would like to join that group that goes out and puts literature on doors across the community, please reach out.

Other activities this weekend were Llamapalooza at the Mower County Fair. The Fair is coming up soon as well and we are excited to meet you all there. Jay C. Hormel Nature Center also had their Family Fun Day with activities and duck races to help with their mentorship program. We ended the weekend with music by Spencerthurymusic at the Mona Lutheran Church.

Listen to and share the differences made with Republicans having a tie in one Body of the government. Imagine what a difference could be made if Conservative leadership was in charge of our State.
