A celebration of veteran creativity in any medium, any subject matter, and any career stage - shaped by veteran experiences, not defined by it.

This yearโ€™s exhibit travels to the Central Public Library in Downtown Houston, on view Nov 2, 2026 โ€“ Feb 4, 2027, with an opening reception on Nov 7 from 6-8pm ๐Ÿ—“๏ธ

An ongoing photo book project and exhibit you shouldnโ€™t miss at this Thursday, 6โ€“8 PM ๐Ÿ—“๏ธ

Led by Belgian-Congolese storyteller , the project was created with and about her dear friend Whitney Mitchell, a young Black woman who lost all four limbs at 18 and later lost her husband, murdered during the 2020 Black Lives Matter protests in Austin.

This first public event, part of the journey toward publishing the book, features a photo exhibit ๐Ÿ–ผ๏ธ, panel conversation, tacos ๐ŸŒฎ, and a live performance by at 7:30 PM ๐ŸŽผ

Weโ€™ve combined two workshops into one for our needs assessment research project at George Washington Carver Museum, Cultural and Genealogy Center in Central East Austin ๐Ÿ—“๏ธ Friday, May 22nd from 2-4pm at 1161 Angelina St. 78702 ๐Ÿ“

Participate in a creative workshop where youโ€™ll make art animations while contributing to a needs assessment research project focused on better serving Texans with disabilities in the arts ๐ŸŽญ ๐ŸŽจ ๐Ÿ–ผ๏ธ
