Austin Transportation and Public Works offices will be closed on Monday, May 25 in observance of Memorial Day.

We will reopen on Tuesday, May 26.

🏃‍♀️ The 2026 CapTex Tri is taking place this Memorial Day, starting at the Vic Mathias Shores on Lady Bird Lake.

🚧 Road closures and detours are expected in downtown Austin on Monday, May 25 from 2 a.m. to 3 p.m.
