As our nation approaches its 250th anniversary, we’re launching a special summer series highlighting fun facts, history, geography, innovation, and symbols that have helped shape the American story.

🎉 Day 2 & 3 of our amazing HSI STEM Camp! 🎉

Our campers put their creativity and engineering skills to work as they designed, built, tested, and adapted their own functional cardboard claw machines! 🦾📦

Along the way, students explored the physics behind simple machines, problem-solved through the engineering design process, and drew inspiration from the incredible claws found in nature. 🦅🦀🐻

From brainstorming ideas to making improvements based on testing, our young engineers demonstrated innovation, perseverance, and teamwork every step of the way. We can’t wait to see what they create next! 🚀✨
