Welcome to Silva Mobile Notary!
My name is Javier Silva. I am a Notary Public in and for the State of Texas (commissioned 12/10/2012). I am also an ordained minister with Universal Life Church (ordained 08/21/2014).
I am here to help you with your Notary needs, along with any wedding officiant needs that may arise. Please understand that as a Notary I am not an attorney, and I cannot charge or accept fees for legal advice. You may request Notary services via Facebook message, or by phone.
Some information about Notaries (available on the Secretary of State's website):
1. A notary public is not a notario or notario público.
2. A notary public is not authorized to practice law.
3. A notary public may not give legal advice or prepare legal documents.
4. A notary public may not charge a fee for preparation of immigration documents or represent someone in immigration matters.
