Senior year: a crucial time for a high school student to choose their path after high school graduation. 📚🙇 When it comes to the college application process, there's essays, test scores, and financial support to be considered.

Here at Breakthrough, we support all postsecondary pathways, including students pursuing a trade, vocational license, or certificate.
This support includes pathway research, visits to different trade programs, and guidance throughout the application process. Thanks to the Topfer Family Foundation, we can continue supporting our students on their postsecondary journeys.

Raising Travis County is creating bright futures for young students! ☀️
As Travis County students begin their summer breaks, we’ll highlight a few out-of-school time programs that received Raising Travis County funds. This voter-approved initiative is already making BIG impacts in our community. 👇
Breakthrough Central Texas has more than 600 students taking part in the Breakthrough 12-Year Experience’s Middle School Summer Academy. This experience takes students on a life changing journey starting in middle school through college graduation.
We’ve invested $500K to support 200 students!

Our rising freshmen finished their Breakthrough x TXST Bobcat Day orientation.
Getting a feel for the campus while resolving holds on their student portal, registering for classes, and connecting with other first-year students.

This celebration highlighted students from our Schoolwide Program at Manor New Technology High School, honoring all they’ve accomplished throughout the school year alongside their families, peers, and community.

On May 14th, Former NFL Player, Jamaal Charles hit the links with our Del Valle students at the Bank of America’s Golf with Us Clinic.
Jamaal Charles and local golf teaching professionals shared golf tips and life lessons as kids took turns practicing swinging, putting, and chipping like the pros at Harvey Penick Golf Campus.
