The time to prepare for winter weather driving is BEFORE winter arrives. Taking the time to prepare now will help you feel at ease when winter comes our way. A few things you can do now to prepare include:

• Installing good winter tires and make sure they have enough tread.
• Checking your car’s emergency supply kit and replacing any expired items.
• Adding family and emergency phone numbers, including your auto insurance provider and a towing company, in your phone.

The postpartum period is a time for physical recovery, but it can also bring anxiety, worry, and emotional overwhelm for many mothers.

Research shows that mothers who participate in Family Connects are 28% less likely to report possible postpartum clinical anxiety.

Through a FREE at-home nurse visit, families receive guidance, support, and early connections to care, helping them feel more supported during an important and often challenging time.
