💙🚔 A Special Send-Off for Deputy Gelinas! 🚔💙

Today was a bittersweet day at Avon Park Middle School as our students came together to give our amazing School Resource Officer, Deputy Gelinas, a special retirement send-off! ❤️🖤

Deputy Gelinas has been so much more than an SRO. He has been a protector, mentor, role model, and friend to our students and staff. His dedication to keeping our campus safe and building meaningful relationships with our Red Devil family has made a lasting impact.

As our students gathered to wish him farewell, it was a beautiful reminder of just how much he means to our school community.

Deputy Gelinas, thank you for your years of service, your kindness, and your commitment to our students. You will always be part of our Red Devil family! ❤️🖤

🧦❤️ SOCKTOBER IS HERE AT APMS! ❤️🧦

The Avon Park Middle School Red Devils are spreading kindness and warming hearts (and feet!) this October! ❤️🖤

We are collecting NEW socks of all sizes, from infant to adult, to help those in need in our community!

🧦 When: October 1st–31st

📍 Where: Drop off donations with your first-period teacher.

🎯 Our Goal: 1,000 pairs of socks!

❤️ All donated socks will benefit the Hands for the Homeless Mission at Union Congregational Church.

Let’s come together as a Red Devil family and show how even the smallest acts of kindness can make a BIG difference! Every pair counts! 🧦❤️
