Calling all Avon library users AND non-users!!

We are working to envision Avon’s library service for the next 3-5 years, which means it is time to take a look and make updates, changes, or additions to reflect our ever-growing community. Library staff are working hard to gather data and input before making any changes, and you can help! We want to take a moment to send out a huge thank you to The Friends of the Avon Library. We love our Friends! They dedicate countless hours of volunteering to raise funds in order to bring fantastic programming, activities and opportunities to the patrons and staff. WE’RE OPEN! The Friends of the Avon Library book sale is officially open and ready to welcome you! $10 admission for tonight’s preview sale (free for Friends members) - they are here until 8pm! Book sale proceeds directly support library programming so we so appreciate you stopping by!

Starting TODAY Overdrive will require users to authenticate for their services (Libby, Kanopy, and the Overdrive website) with your library card barcode AND your password/PIN number. This is the same password/PIN used to login to your online account. If you don’t have a password you can set one using the online account page on our website, or call the library for help!
