Celebrating 20 Years of National Night Out! 🚔🤝
For 20 years, the Avon Police Department has proudly participated in National Night Out, bringing neighbors, first responders, Town leadership, and law enforcement together to strengthen relationships and promote safer communities.
This past August, neighborhood gatherings at The Aspens Mobile Home Park, Eaglebend Apartments, and O’Neil Spur Park in Wildridge once again brought our community together.
Chief Daly, Detective Villegas and the Avon Police Department were proud to present the Chief’s Community Partnership Award to the local businesses, organizations, and community members whose generosity and support have helped make National Night Out a success year after year. Unfortunately, not all recipients were able to make it to the Avon Town Council meeting to receive their awards but Det. Villegas is delivering to all.
Thank you to all our outstanding partners for 20 years of commitment to building a stronger, safer Avon! Your support makes a difference. ❤️
Congratulations and thank you to all our award recipients!

Nothing like a little *emotional support* to wrap up the week! 🫏❤️

Nell, a therapy donkey visiting Colorado Mountain Medical next door, stopped by to say hello and brighten our day!

Who says therapy animals have to be small and furry? They come in all shapes and sizes! Thanks for the wonderful visit, Nell! You were a welcome surprise!
