UPDATE ON YOUTH TORTURED IN SOLITARY: Leonard Moreno had a court date on June 30. As usual, it was only another hearing - not a trial. Moreno was not even allowed to attend. Len has been in for three years awaiting trial, since age 15. Yesterday, the case was continued for 30 more days, giving Len's torturers more time to break him down and force the 18-y-o to accept a plea bargain. Len is taunted by guards who he said spit in his food. He is losing weight and losing ground mentally. He recently tried su***de. Sheriff Joe runs cruel jails in the Phoenix, AZ area, and Moreno's life is in his hands.
