Our latest Azusa Rotary Club meeting was a wonderful evening filled with fellowship, gratitude, and the spirit of Service Above Self.

We were honored to welcome District Governor-Elect Kari Anderson and thank her for taking the time to visit and spend the evening with our club.

We would also like to thank State Senator Susan Rubio and Assemblymember Blanca Rubio for sending representatives from their offices to join us and provide an update on the Freedom Flag initiative at the California State Capitol. ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ We greatly appreciate their time and continued connection with our community.

We also shared a special moment with members of the Rotary Club of La Verne, President Joel Bates and Membership Chair Rae Kearney, who presented the Azusa Rotary President, with a certificate of appreciation in recognition of our donation of 150 American flags to help them establish their own Field of Courage. We are proud to support our fellow Rotarians as they begin this meaningful tradition in their community. ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

To commemorate the friendship between our clubs, Charlotte Ruiz had the honor of presenting the Rotary Club of La Verne with an Azusa Rotary Club banner.

A very special thank you to Salsas, Moles & Mรกs for opening their doors to us, welcoming our members and guests, and serving a delicious dinner!

It was an evening that truly reflected what Rotary is all about, service, friendship, partnership, and community.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the evening so special!
