This Wednesday, May 20, come meet ARTEMIS, just returned from the Einstein fields at world championships, along with presentations and demonstrations from robotics clubs from across Bainbridge island.

We would love to host you at our annual All-Robotics Open House on May 20th from 5-7 PM, located in the BHS 100 building. Beyond Spartronics, groups from Odyssey, St. Cecilia, and the high school’s Science Olympiad team will be there. This event is great for learners of all ages! We hope to see you there!

We use the Snatoms magnetic molecular modeling kits to give students hands-on experience building and analyzing models of ionic, covalent, and metallic substances. Students use the models to visualize molecular geometry, polarity, bond strength, and intermolecular forces, helping them connect atomic structure and bonding to observable properties such as melting point, conductivity, solubility, and molecular shape. We are extremely grateful to our Bainbridge High School PTSO whose generous support made this purchase possible.

BHS Staff was treated to an incredible "Pasta-palooza" lunch for Staff Appreciation Week. We are so grateful to our PTSO volunteers who take care of us throughout the year, as they did again today. A shout out to Wing Point G&CC, too, for providing the delicious pasta bar!

Spartronics Team 4915 Bainbridge Island Robotics won their third and fourth rounds and are off to the finals! Watch the action--link will be posted in comments!

Alliance 2 won our second playoff match, allowing us to advance to the third round of the playoff bracket! Nice job everyone, !

What an incredible day for BHS alum JR Ritchie, who made his MLB debut pitching for the Atlanta Braves! BHS staff and students were beaming with pride as they watched JR take the mound. Way to get the win, JR! We couldn't be more thrilled to see one of our own achieve his dreams. Roll Sparty!

Today, Culinary 3 debuted their first food business of the season with an Irish Soda Bread sale, enhanced by the addition of honey butter and hand-decorated shamrock bags. ☘️
