Highway 8 in Minnesota is closing from the Taylors Falls stop lights to the Hwy 8/Hwy 95 roundabout from October 27-October 29 for urgent maintenance.
Highway 243 Bridge will close on November 2nd through fall of 2027.

The crew is out pulverizing County Road I, preparing for new pavement. As a result, the road will have intermittent closures, open to local traffic only in spots, between 320th Ave and County Road O for the next 10 days.

Road construction will start today on County Road I, north of 320th Ave., through Clam Falls, and then on County Road W west of 35 in the Village of Frederic. The roads will remail open to travel but expect delays through the work zones.

County road H bridge over the Apple River (North of Highway 8 ) will be closing this week for replacement. The estimated completion date is 11/2/2026. It is not clear if the bridge will open prior to the completion date. The designated detour is using County E, G, and Highway 8. If you have questions, please contact our office and we can direct your concern to the appropriate party.
