District leaders will review the proposal, discuss what it would mean for students, schools and the community, and answer questions.

🧵 Ready to dust off that sewing machine sitting in your closet? 🪡

This free, hands-on workshop is designed for beginners who want to build confidence using their own equipment. You will learn how to set up your machine, master basic stitches, and troubleshoot common issues in a relaxed, supportive environment!

🌟 What You Will Learn:

• Machine Anatomy: How to thread your machine, wind a bobbin, and adjust tension.
• Basic Stitches: Navigating straight lines, curves, and corners.
• Troubleshooting: What to do when the thread bunches or jams.
• Maintenance: Simple tips to keep your machine running smoothly.

Class Details:
🗓️ Date: November 10th
⏰ Time: 5-6:30PM
💰 Cost: Free!
👥 Age Limit: Adults only (18+)
📍 Location: Unity's Makerspace

Our Busy Bug class had a wonderful day at the pumpkin patch last week! 🎃🍂

Students enjoyed visiting and feeding the animals, taking a hayride to pick out the perfect pumpkin, and spending hours making memories with family and friends.

It was a perfect fall day filled with fun! 🧡

The Polk County Health Department will be offering flu vaccines to Unity School District students (4K-12th grade) on Wednesday, October 28, 2026.

📩 Information about the clinic has already been sent to families through Infinite Campus.

✅ Interested in having your child participate? Please complete the online registration form by Wednesday, October 21, 2026.
