Tri-Country Basic Life Support certification is now available through the Montgomery, Baltimore, and DC COAs in a convenient HYBRID FORMAT! Open to all active duty and retired USPHS officers. Complete the online portion at your own pace, then join us for the hands-on training.

• Online portion: Self-guided American Heart Association course (1-2 hours)
• Hands-on skills session: Saturday, September 5, 2026 @ 9AM, 11:30 AM, and 2PM
