🚨 September Student of the Month Alert🚨

These amazing students exemplified our September virtue of BELONGING all month long. We were able to celebrate them along with an adult of their choosing at our Pancakes with Principals event last week! Special thanks to a private donor, The Ray family, for donating our pancake breakfast!

October’s virtue is RESPECT and we can’t wait to celebrate a new group of students next month!

Pop Up Popcorn Parties for our classes with perfect attendance today! You never know what surprises we have in store, so make sure you are in school everyday! 🍿

Thank you to Baltimore Hunger Project for their donation of the popcorn!

It was another 94% day too! We are up to SOA! 4 more days of 94% or more gets us our next prize!

We would like to give a huge shout out to McDonald's on Wise Avenue for their generous donation of over 200 Happy Meal toys to add to our attendance incentive bin! 🍟❤️

In case you haven’t heard, students are filling out SOAR HIGHER charts and every 10 days they are present, they get to pick a prize out of our prize bin. Many of our students are earning this incentive quickly, so if you are interested in donating anything or helping us keep up with the amazing attendance, please reach out to our CSF, Ms. Kinnear ([email protected]).

We had a blast at our Students vs. Staff Kickball Game last Friday for our September Attendance Incentive! Over 480 students had 2 or less (most less) absences in the month of September! Then, today our Pre-K kiddos had their fun and got to play bubbles and sidewalk chalk to celebrate their amazing September attendance! Shout out to our amazing SRO, Officer P for joining in on the fun!

We are looking forward to our October incentive of Staff vs. Students Soccer and we promise, you WON’T want to miss that 😉

As part of our Mind Over Matters campaign, we invite all students and staff to participate in Wear a Color Character Week from October 5 to October 9!
