Our Little Reckees program is filling up fast!

This 6-week program gives kids ages 3–5 a chance to try a different sport each week. It's a great way to introduce little ones to sports, build basic skills, and have some fun!

Saturdays, December 5 – January 16
Session 1: 8:30–9:30 AM
Session 2: 9:45–10:45 AM
Location: EMCC Johnston Gym

Adult Drop-In Basketball starts TONIGHT!

Here are the details:

When: Fridays, 5:30–7:30 PM
Dates: October 9 – May 7
Where: EMCC Johnston Gym, 354 Hogan Road
Cost: $5 per person (cash only)
Ages: Adults
Registration: No registration required!
EMCC students and staff play for FREE!

No drop-in basketball on: October 30, November 27, December 25, and January 1.

Grab your sneakers and head to the gym tonight! We hope to see you there.

What a great day hiking Cranberry Peak in the Bigelow Range!

We had a great group, beautiful fall weather, and a hike that offered just the right amount of challenge. The views from the top made the climb well worth it!

Thanks to everyone who joined us, and a special thanks to our guide! We're looking forward to more guided hikes next year!

Congratulations to the Bad News Babes!

After a hard-fought double-elimination tournament between all four of our Women's Draft League teams, this crew came out on top!

We loved seeing the camaraderie among all the ladies this season - lots of laughter, plenty of grit, and some serious talent on the field. These women brought it all!

We hope everyone had a great season, and we’ll see you all back on the field next fall!

We’re looking for skate coaches!

Sawyer Arena’s Learn to Skate program is looking for coaches and coaching assistants for the Fall 2026–Early Spring 2027 season.

Our Learn to Skate program depends on dedicated coaches to make the season possible, and we’re currently looking for a few more people to join the team. If you have strong skating skills and enjoy working with kids, this is a great opportunity to share your love of skating and help young skaters build confidence on the ice.
