The Parent Connection Group is a welcoming space for parents and guardians of children of all ages to connect, share experiences and learn from one another.

Hosted by a Penquis Family Support Specialist, the group explores practical topics that can support everyday family life, including budgeting, managing parent guilt, practicing self-compassion, embracing imperfection and building natural supports.

The group meets on the second Tuesday of each month from 10:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. at Penquis, 50 North St., Dover-Foxcroft.
