REDUCING HIGH PROPERTY TAXES
The best way to lower property taxes is to bring new businesses and sales tax revenues. Economic incentives will attract quality companies bringing new revenues. PROTECTING HOME VALUES
Barrington’s high property taxes under the current village president are pushing homeowners out and homes values down. We need to protect our investments by improving infrastructure, recreational opportunities and marketing our community to attract new families. DEVELOPING OUR DOWNTOWN & COMMERCIAL DISTRICTS
Barrington is stagnant under it current administration. My plan revitalizes downtown with upscale condos for downsizing seniors, professionals and commuters using the Metra. New stores, trendy restaurants and vibrant commercial districts will breathe a breath of fresh air into our community. TERM LIMITS
Our current village president is a career politician on Barrington’s public payroll for over 20 years and is still running for a 4th term. My priority is to end career politicians from running our village. I will work to implement term limits to two terms of office.
