This Lakeland High School student’s art is coming to your mailbox soon! Ivana Torres’ piece “Blossoms and Birdsong” will be printed onto the back of your property tax bill’s envelope this Fall – as part of our KIDS TAX ART scholarship contest – proving that even something like the tax bill can be a canvas for creativity! Attention Polk County Homeschool Parents!

Registration has been extended through Sunday, September 27, by 5 PM for Tuesday's Kids Tag Art workshop.

For the second year, homeschool students can join the Polk County Tax Collector's specialty tag fundraiser. Not only will your kids have the opportunity to create their own unique design that can be turned into a real license plate, but you will also be supporting art education curriculum!

A $10 registration fee is required to secure your spot. This fee will be refunded upon completion of the workshop. Tap the link in bio to register!

It was our honor to present last year’s fundraising results to the Polk County School Board on Tuesday night! This check represents the amount of funding raised for public elementary school ART teachers! (And we’re doing it again this year!) Tax Collector Joe G. Tedder and some of the team were at the meeting Tuesday night.

DYK? The program turned 20 last year – with more than 15 counties in Florida with programs of their own. Together, we’ve raised more than $3M over the years!

“We are incredibly proud that Kids Tag Art has reached the remarkable milestone of raising $3 million,” Joe says. “This achievement reflects the lasting impact of a program dedicated to enriching elementary school classrooms through Fine Arts.”
