We welcomed 60+ people for the Introduction to Incremental Development lecture in Ruston! We heard from Tiffany Elder with Incremental Development Alliance, who is an active developer in North Carolina. Attendees learned about demographic realities, missing middle housing, how modern zoning and codes disincentive small projects, growing your own developers, and why local projects are more responsive to community needs.
