With our accelerated curriculum, robust student support system, and variety of enriching extracurriculars, we empower students to achieve at globally competitive levels. BASIS Baton Rouge Materra is A-rated by the Louisiana Department of Education and the highest-performing Open-Enrollment school in Baton Rouge. We provide a caring and supportive learning environment where all students are able to reach their highest potential. During the day, students learn about subjects such as Engineering, Phonics, Science, Math, Mandarin, and much more. Our 4th Annual Academic Jacket Ceremony was one for the record books, marking the largest event in BASIS Baton Rouge Materra history!

⚜️We were honored to celebrate students who achieved exceptional results on their LEAP, Comprehensive, and AP Exams, earning the distinction of 2026 Academic Scholar. Each scholar received an academic jacket in recognition of their dedication, perseverance, and outstanding academic achievement.

We are incredibly proud of all that these students have accomplished and grateful to the families, faculty, and staff who support them every step of the way.
