πŸ—³οΈ TWO CANDIDATES. TWO DIFFERENT APPROACHES TO VOTING ACCESS.

Every eligible Michigan voter has a right to participate in our democracy. But Anthony Pennock and Thomas Albert have taken different positions on voting laws.

ANTHONY PENNOCK β€” Supports Expanded Voting Access
Pennock supports making voting more accessible and protecting voters from discrimination.

THOMAS ALBERT β€” Voted Against Early-Voting Legislation
In 2023, Thomas Albert voted NO on Senate Bill 367, legislation implementing Michigan's constitutional early-voting requirements. The legislation passed and became law.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE?
Pennock supports policies that expand access to voting.
Albert opposed this particular legislation implementing early voting.

Michigan voters deserve to understand where their candidates stand on election laws and voting rights.

πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ Your voice. Your vote. Your choice.

TWO CANDIDATES. TWO DIFFERENT POSITIONS ON REPRODUCTIVE RIGHTS.

ANTHONY PENNOCK β€” Supports Reproductive Freedom
Anthony Pennock supports protecting reproductive rights and believes personal healthcare decisions should remain between patients and their healthcare providers.

THOMAS ALBERT β€” Voted Against Repealing Michigan's Abortion Ban
In 2023, Thomas Albert voted NO on House Bill 4006, legislation repealing Michigan's outdated criminal abortion provisions. The legislation passed and was signed into law.

THE DIFFERENCE IS CLEAR:
One candidate supports protecting reproductive freedom.
The other voted against legislation removing Michigan's old criminal abortion restrictions.

Reproductive healthcare is an important issue for Michigan families, and voters deserve to know where their candidates stand.

πŸ³οΈβ€πŸŒˆ EQUAL RIGHTS SHOULDN'T DEPEND ON WHO YOU LOVE OR HOW YOU IDENTIFY.

Two candidates. Two different records on LGBTQ+ protections.

ANTHONY PENNOCK
Supports LGBTQ+ equality and protecting Michigan residents from discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity.

THOMAS ALBERT
Voted NO on Senate Bill 4 in 2023, legislation that expanded Michigan's Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act to explicitly protect people from discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity or expression.

The bill passed and was signed into law, extending protections in employment, housing, education, and public accommodations.

Here's the difference:
Anthony Pennock supports these civil rights protections.
Thomas Albert voted against the legislation that established them.

πŸ³οΈβ€πŸŒˆ Equality under the law matters. So does knowing where your candidates stand.

TWO CANDIDATES. TWO DIFFERENT APPROACHES TO WORKERS' RIGHTS.

Anthony Pennock believes in strengthening Michigan's unions.
Pennock supports:

βœ… Protecting collective bargaining rights
βœ… Fair wages that keep up with inflation
βœ… Stronger workplace protections
βœ… Secure pensions and retirement benefits
βœ… Paid family leave

Thomas Albert has taken a different approach.

Albert sponsored Senate Bill 436 (2025), legislation aimed at restoring Michigan's right-to-work law.

Right-to-work laws prohibit requiring workers to pay union dues or fees as a condition of employment. Supporters argue they protect individual worker choice, while opponents argue they weaken unions' bargaining power.

The difference is clear:
Pennock supports policies designed to strengthen unions and collective bargaining.
Albert supports restoring right-to-work protections

Michigan workers deserve to know where their candidates stand.
