Residents and members of the public enjoyed live music at the CHI LakeWood Care Center this morning, featuring a performance by The Skally Line. The group performed early American music rooted in Minnesota history, including songs based on stories from the frontier days. Notably, the audience included three residents over the age of 100.

This project was funded in part or in whole by a grant from Minnesota's Arts & Cultural Heritage Fund.

The Baudette Public Library will host another music program at the Care Center in November. Watch for details!
