We hope everyone had a safe and happy 4th of July. It’s been a great evening across Harlan County, and our squad was proud to be out celebrating with the community. We attended and enjoyed both the Harlan and Evarts parades today always a highlight and a reminder of how strong, supportive, and close knit our county truly is.

One of the best moments of the night:
Our iconic Crash Truck 103 took home the Hometown Heroes Award at the Harlan parade. This truck has been a symbol of service for years, and seeing it recognized in front of friends, families, and neighbors meant a lot to all of us.

A picture of 103 will be posted below the post.

From all of us at the Harlan County Rescue Squad, thank you for the continued support. Stay safe, enjoy the rest of your holiday weekend, and God bless our community.
