John Glenn High School junior Liam Sprunger represented Bangor Township Schools on a student panel at today's Bay Area Chamber of Commerce State of Education Luncheon!

Liam joined students from four other districts across Bay County to share their perspectives on education, student experiences, and future opportunities.

Liam is part of the PT/OT/Sports Medicine program at the Bay-Arenac Career Center, where he is gaining experience in a career field that interests him. After graduating from John Glenn, he plans to continue his education in college.

We are proud to see Liam representing John Glenn and sharing his voice in conversations about the future of education across our community!

Way to go, Liam! 💙🤍

🐾 OCTOBER EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH: BEV C**N! 💙

Congratulations to Bev C**n, West Behavioral Interventionist, on being named Bangor Township Schools’ October Employee of the Month!

Bev makes a lasting difference at Bangor West through her compassion, dedication, and unwavering commitment to student success. She has a special ability to balance accountability with empathy, building meaningful relationships that help students feel supported, safe, and encouraged to grow. Whether she’s helping students navigate challenges, developing strategies for success, or collaborating with staff, Bev consistently goes above and beyond.

Her colleagues recognize her as a dependable teammate, a valuable resource, and someone who is always willing to lend a helping hand. From sharing strategies and supporting fellow staff members to championing students every step of the way, Bev’s positive impact reaches throughout the building.

Thank you, Bev, for the heart you bring to your work, the support you provide to your colleagues, and the difference you make in the lives of our students each day. We are so lucky to have you as part of Bobcat Nation! 🐾💙

Prior to tomorrow’s football game, we will come together as a Bobcat community to honor the life of Dawn LaBelle, a beloved educator who touched so many lives throughout her 22 years at Bangor Township Schools.

In Dawn’s honor, we will share a special Moment of Joy filled with smiles, laughter and love. Dawn brought so much joy to those around her, and we hope to celebrate her life in a way that reflects the happiness, energy and love she shared with our Bobcat family. 💜
