Jasper County is now under a BURN BAN, effective 10/19/26 - 11/19/26.

Due to dry conditions and increased fire danger, residents are urged to avoid outdoor burning until further notice. Violations of the burn ban may result in fines or other penalties as provided by law. Please help protect our communities, property, and first responders by complying with the burn ban.

🎃🚒 TRICK-OR-TREAT AT STRINGER FIRE DEPARTMENT! 🚒🎃

Bring the family out October 31st from 5:00–8:00 PM for a fun and safe Halloween evening at the Stringer Fire Department!

🍬 We’ll be handing out candy!
🚒 Our fire trucks will be available for the kids to see!
👻 Costumes welcome!
🎃 Fun for the whole family!

We can’t wait to see all the little ghosts, goblins, superheroes, princesses, and everyone in between!

We’ll stay open until 8:00 PM or while supplies last. If the candy runs out or things slow down, we may close early.
