The Army Reserve has numerous Warrant Officer aviation positions to fill across the U.S. These are TPU positions, however AGR and Officers can apply as well. It’s ideal you live within 150-200 miles of the unit you’re applying for, but ultimately it’s up to the aviation unit commander. If you’re interested or know a Soldier who is, feel free to have them contact me and I’ll forward them to their regions POC. If you’re located near Fort Knox or Fort Bragg, I can assist you with applying for one of those units.
Minimal qualifications:
1. GT score of at least 110
2. Passing SIFT (at least 40)
3. Max age of 33 (waivers considered on a case-by-case basis)
4. Able to pass a Flight Physical
5. Have a passing APFT w/ no profiles.

Meet Maj. Nelson Suero of Army Medical Recruiting Center Westchester, IL. This Bronx, New York, native, by way of the Dominican Republic, has plans to use his master's degree in biological and physical science to make a difference in the world. Suero has ambitions to lead a real-world humanitarian or combat medical mission with the U.S. Army.
Serving to make a positive impact as a Soldier in the medical field, Suero contributes his ability to reach his current level to the leadership surrounding him. "It is safe to say that my success is attributed to the NCOs that have shown me the ropes and the superior officers who have embraced me through ups and downs, current and past," Suero said.
