• 🗓️ Wed, Oct 21: Closed 0730-1200 for Readiness Training
• 🗓️ Fri, Oct 30: Closed to patient care & Pharmacy from 1200-1630 for the MDG Trick or Treatment

Important Update: Service Changes for Friday, Oct 9th

Good morning, Team Recce! In alignment with recent directive guidance from the Secretary of War regarding the upcoming Military Voting Stand Down, our Medical Group will operate on a minimally manned schedule this Friday, October 9th.

We are committed to ensuring our service members have the time they need to participate in the voting process while still being here for your healthcare needs.

Here is what you need to know about your appointments this Friday:

VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS ONLY (All Day)
• Active Duty Clinic
• Family Care
• Pediatrics
• Women's Health

OPEN FOR IN-PERSON CARE (Limited Staff)
• Pharmacy, Lab, & Radiology
• Physical Therapy
• Mental Health & Family Advocacy (FAP)
• BHOP
• Immunizations
• TRICARE Operations & Patient Administration

ALL OTHER CLINICS WILL BE CLOSED.

• Expect Longer Wait Times: Since our in-person clinics will be running with minimal staff, please plan for slightly longer wait times than usual. We appreciate your patience!

• The Pharmacy will process urgent or acute prescriptions, and will be available for pick up of prescriptions that have already been activated. For all other prescriptions, please text “get in line” to 1-877-834-0036, and we will process them to be ready for pick up Tuesday, 13 October 2026, after 1300 (due to all day closure on Monday, 12 October 2026 for the Federal holiday).
