We’re showing some love to our custodians today! ❤️

Last week, with only a few hours’ notice, this awesome team transformed our cafeterias into setups for our annual Trunk-or-Read! Then afterwards, made sure to help us clean up the floors and tables for a clean start on Monday. 🧼🧽

They work hard each and every day, and we are so lucky to have them. Thank you, Wilbur Custodial Team, for all you do to keep our school clean, safe, and ready for learning! 🐾

🩺👩‍⚕️ Calling all doctors! 👨‍⚕️🩻

Our 1st grade students in Dr. Watchilla’s class wrapped up their knowledge unit on the human body yesterday by stepping into the role of doctors! From learning how our bodies work to putting their knowledge into action, these future doctors were ready to make their rounds! 🩺❤️

We think we have some pretty amazing medical professionals in the making! 🩹👏

United We Stand! 🧡

Today, our Wildcats celebrated National Unity Day with a pop-up spirit day, wearing orange to show their support for kindness, acceptance, and inclusion! 🧡

We love seeing our school community come together to spread the message that everyone belongs and that our differences make us stronger. Together, we can create a school where every student feels safe, valued, and celebrated! 🧡🐾

Yesterday, 3rd graders in Ms. Tagle’s, Ms. Stella’s, Ms. Harding-Miles’s, and Ms. Gibson’s classes had the best field trip to Winterthur Museum! They toured the beautiful gardens and learned about Delaware History, artifacts, and insects. The sun was shining, the trees were turning, and memories were made! 🍂☀️ 🐞 🌳
