We provide Adult Primary Care, Pediatrics, Obstetrics/Gynecology & Maternity, and Behavioral Health Services. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP, and most private insurance plans. 🚗 Helping keep Beaumont children safe, one car seat at a time.

In recognition of National Child Passenger Safety Week, Legacy Community Health was proud to partner with local child passenger safety advocates for a recent Car Seat Safety Event in Beaumont, where families received free car seat inspections, safety education, and access to new car seats.

During the event, we:

✅ Provided 18 new car seats to children
✅ Inspected 13 car seats
✅ Shared hands-on car seat safety education with families

Child passenger safety is one of the most important steps parents and caregivers can take to protect children on the road. Using the right car seat and ensuring it is installed correctly can help reduce the risk of serious injury and keep children safer during every trip.

One of the most meaningful parts of the day was helping parents learn how to properly install and use their children's car seats. Many families asked questions and were eager to learn how to make every ride safer for their children.

Thank you to everyone who participated and to our community partners who helped make this event a success.

💙🏥 Working together to build a healthier Southeast Texas.

Legacy Community Health was proud to host the State of Healthcare in Southeast Texas Luncheon, bringing together healthcare leaders, community partners, and local advocates for an important conversation about the future of healthcare in our region.

A highlight of the event was a panel discussion featuring Robert Palussek, CEO of Legacy Community Health; Paul Trevino, President and CEO of CHRISTUS Southeast Texas Health System; and David LeMonte, CEO of Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas. The conversation was moderated by The Honorable Dade Phelan and focused on key issues impacting Southeast Texas, including access to care, workforce development, behavioral health, and community health priorities.

We were also honored to present the Heart of Healthcare Award to Gift of Life in recognition of its longstanding commitment to providing lifesaving screenings, health education, and preventive care throughout Southeast Texas.

💙 Thank you to everyone who attended, participated, and helped make this event a success. We look forward to continuing these important conversations and strengthening the communities we serve together.
