💰 Lateral Pay Transfer: Up to $97,848 based on qualifying experience
💰 $10,000 Hiring Bonus for officers who possess a valid TCOLE certification prior to hiring
💰 Up to $20,000 Additional Experience Incentive ($4,000 per year for up to five years of qualifying law enforcement experience, subject to contract stipulations)
