“When youth come through our doors chilled from being outside, we want to respond pronto! A warm drink or hot meal gets things rolling, then a coat, some gloves and a hat are perfect follow-ups. With the change of season, I hope everyone will check their closets for things they’re no longer using. Every new or lightly used donation matters!”-Norma, Donations Volunteer Captain 🥹

Going to a Halloween party without a costume is SCARY 😱 We believe everyone should have a chance to celebrate in style, please consider dropping off costumes from the past if lightly used, or new ones if that works for you!

Remember last week when our shelves were empty? Look at us now! Sharing so much gratitude for Hillsboro United Mutual Aid Network, Hillsboro Grocery Outlet, and our amazing neighbors in the area for helping make sure HomePlate youth have access to food. THANK YOU!!! 💜

Thanks to our amazing volunteers, we typically serve warm meals two nights a week at our drop-in centers. But other days, youth rely on our food pantry for what be their only meal, or maybe something quick to grab and go.

Right now, our pantry is running empty.

This Saturday, you can help us restock while you shop. Hillsboro United Mutual Aid Network is hosting a food drive at Hillsboro Grocery Outlet on 1st Ave from 11-4pm. Buy or bring easy-to-heat, non-perishable items for the youth we serve 💜
