Water Conservation Update:

We have 3 sources for our drinking water: Smith Mountain Lake, Stoney Creek Reservoir, and water purchased from Lynchburg Water Resources. When the drought first impacted Smith Mountain Lake earlier this year, we asked customers in that area to voluntarily conserve water. Since then, the other two sources have been affected by the dry conditions. We're extending this request to all of our Bedford Water customers. For more information, please see our website: https://bit.ly/46VuLht.

09/23/2026

Our office will be closed from 11:30 am - 3:30 pm tomorrow, 9/24, so our team members can attend an internal event. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
