Easy Paper Cup Ghost Lights
Supplies: White paper cups, scissors, black marker or black cardstock, twine, double sided tape or glue dots, glue, and battery-powered tea lights.
1. Turn each paper cup upside down.
2. Cut narrow strips around the open edge of the cup to make a fringed ghost bottom.
3. Draw or glue on two eyes and a mouth.
4. Attach a loop of twine to the top of each cup for hanging.
5. Place a battery-powered tea light underneath each ghost so it glows from inside. Stick it to the inside of the cup with double sided tape or a glue dot (the kind used for scrapbooking).
6. Hang several ghosts along a piece of twine to make a cute Halloween garland.
Tip: Bend or curl some of the fringe slightly so every little ghost looks a bit different. Use only battery-powered lights with the paper cups.
