We would like to thank Beecher resident Eva Hood for her kindness and generosity. Ms. Hood came by the police department and asked if she could add some flowers and decorations to the exterior of our police facility. Thank you again from the Beecher Police Department!

COMMUNITY SAFETY NOTICE

We have received reports of unknown teenagers ringing doorbells and kicking or banging on doors at homes throughout the community (often occurring later in the evening and night).

While this may be intended as a prank, this behavior can cause fear, property damage, and unnecessary concern for residents.

Residents are encouraged to:

Keep doors locked and avoid opening the door to unknown individuals.

Report suspicious or concerning activity to local law enforcement.

If possible, safely document the activity with doorbell or home security cameras.

Speak with your children and teenagers about respecting private property and the potential consequences of this behavior.

Call 911 if you believe there is an immediate threat, attempted break-in, or emergency.

Please remain aware and look out for your neighbors. By working together and reporting suspicious activity, we can help keep our community safe.

Thank you for your cooperation and continued support in keeping our community a safe place to live.

We are reminding local businesses and residents to remain vigilant following the recent robberies and burglaries involving gaming machines in the surrounding towns.

Businesses and residents are encouraged to:
• Be alert for suspicious persons, vehicles, or activity around businesses, particularly during overnight and early morning hours.
• Report suspicious activity to police as soon as possible.
• Do not confront or pursue suspects. Your safety is our top priority.
• If a crime is in progress or someone is in immediate danger, call 911.

We ask our business community and residents to remain aware, use good judgment, and look out for one another.

If you see something suspicious, say something.
