Republicans say we have to vote against on Question 3 to “Protect the Eastern Shore way of life.”

The Supreme Court of Maryland has ruled that Question 3 will appear on the ballot this November.

Maryland’s highest court reversed the lower courts’ decisions that would have kept the question off the ballot, allowing Maryland voters to make the final decision.

Notably, a majority of the Court including 5 Republican justices appointed by former Republican Governor Larry Hogan, agreed that Question 3 should go before the voters.

Now the decision belongs where it should: with Maryland voters.
