Over the past several months Enza Guerra Anderson has been saying she wanted to make a porcetta and after some hemming and hauling she and Charles Hergenroeder got together to make it. Thanks to Charlie, on Wednesday he got enough pork to feed an army. He told Enza to round the troops and this turned into an impromptu party just for the purpose of eating food! What a great time! đŸ˜„
