Another great year for Gallatin Valley Farm Fair and teaching 4th graders about agriculture and where their food comes from!

A BIG thank you to our wonderful volunteers, presenters, teamsters, FFA students, and 4H students for all your help! We couldn’t do it without you!!

Thanks to all our fantastic sponsors who support this very important program for 4th graders & their teachers! We appreciate your support and your donations to keep Farm Fair going each year!

Thank you Ag Committee for all your months of planning and coordination of this entire event.

And a GREAT BIG hug and thank you to the Brainard family for continuing to donate their ranch for the perfect location to host this wonderful event! We appreciate you.

LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS!

Gallatin Valley Farm Fair 2026 is almost here, but we need more help! Please share with your friends, family and co-workers or neighbors...

On May 5th, 6th and 7th 2026 between about 9:30AM - 2:30PM there will be approximately 1200 fourth grade students and their teachers/chaperones coming through the Brainard Ranch over the course of three wonderful days and learning about agriculture and where their food comes from!

It takes a whole bunch of volunteers to help keep this program running smoothly, so we could use your help. Please visit the website: www.gvfarmfair.org and click on the red bar over the word "VOLUNTEER" and you'll be directed to the sign up sheet with dates and hours. We have need for volunteers in many categories to make this a safe, fun and efficient program. Examples of our volunteers include cooks, food and milk servers, wagon loaders/unloaders, bus loaders/unloaders, timers, presenters, wagon riders/chaperones, set up and break down helpers and more.

SAVE THE DATE!

Brainard Farm Fair & Ag Banquet, Inc. would like to announce the upcoming Farm Fair program and remind you to put it on your calendars: May 5, 6 & 7, 2026.

The purpose of the organization is to educate Gallatin County youth about agriculture and where their food comes from and to recognize area farmers and ranchers. The Farm Fair program has been ongoing for over 20 years and has grown, improved and expanded over the years. This year we will have in attendance approximately 1200 4th grade students, their teachers and chaperones who will be educated with hands-on lessons about agriculture production, economics, science and environmental management.
