Bell Gardens Police Officers Association
We are officers & dispatchers from the Bell Gardens Police Dept. We are here to reach out to the community & provide information of our events.
Today we remember those who bravely set foot on the beaches of Normandy on Tuesday, June 6th 1944 during World War II.
They fought for our liberty and freedom knowing full well they may not return to their loved ones.
Let's join together to honor, commemorate, and celebrate all that they stood for!

To our community,
We can fight the injustices of inequality and racism together to better our future for the next generation. We understand your pain and want your voice to be heard and understood.
We join you in opposing those disrupting civil discourse to further their violent agenda. Together we can unite to reach a common understanding and goal.
We want to thank all of those helping us to ensure that those on both sides can go home safely at the end of the day so we can continue the positive conversation for change into tomorrow.
Thank you,

In 1962, President John F. Kennedy signed a proclamation which designated May 15th as Peace Officers Memorial Day and the week in which that date falls as Police Week.
This year unfortunately due to the current state of the COVID-19 outbreak means we cannot gather in person to show our support but we as a nation will stand together and honor these heroes for all that they put on the line each and every day.
The NLEOMF will be holding the annual Candlelight Vigil online via streaming on Wednesday, May 13th to commemorate the brave men and women who gave their lives for our country.
Please share to help spread the word and thank you for standing by your local Law Enforcement!
