Hailing from Southern California, the 300th Army Band travels coast-to-coast performing in a wide variety of settings, including military ceremonies, public concerts, parades, and educational outreach programs. Army Reserve and the 63d Regional Support Command, the primary mission of the band is to provide musical support for ceremonial, morale, and recruiting events throughout the Southwest regio
n of the U.S.; and to represent the Army and our Nation through professional, entertaining, inspiring, and patriotic musical performances. Performing a diverse repertoire of marches, classical band literature, popular music, patriotic selections, and instrumental and vocal solos, the 300th Army Band consists of multiple performing components - including the Concert Band, Classic Rock Band, Ska Band, Brass Quintet, Woodwind Trio, and Percussion Ensemble. Each of these highly skilled ensembles is capable of being deployed independently for musical missions and events best suited to their unique musical styles. Whether performing together or individually, the Soldier-Musicians of the 300th are dedicated to delivering versatile and thrilling musical performances for audiences of all ages.
