Est. 1910 Located 20 miles south of Wichita, the century-old, historic Bartlett Arboretum is home to massive cypress, oaks and champion Japanese maples.

For nearly 100 years many generations of Kansans have enjoyed this unique sanctuary once touted as "the only mature arboretum between the Mississippi River and the Rocky Mountains." 👻 It’s Halloweekend at Bartlett Arboretum🎃

There’s a lot happening at Bartlett Arboretum this Halloweekend!

-HOURS-
General Admission $10. Children under 12 free if kept under wing.
⏰ Gates open Saturday 9-5
⏰ Gates open with standard admission pricing Sunday 9-3. Concert pricing ($20 per person) begins at 3pm for Brave Combo TreeHouse Concert, closing at 6pm.

🌲 Trees For Sale 🌲 �Best time to plant a tree? Twenty years ago. Next best time? Today! We have hardy Kansas trees for sale, courtesy of Hillside Nursery and Gottlob Lawn & Landscape LLC. Oaks, bald cypress, loblolly pine, and willow ranging from $25-50.

1pm Yoga with Jess Dunegan with Yoga State. Bring a Yoga Mat and stay for the tree tour and concert! 🧘 Included with Arboretum admission.

2pm 🌲 Tree Tour with Birdie Bartlett, Arbor Annie and Ernstmann Tree Care. Learn about the Arb’s history and ask how to start an arboretum in your own backyard. 🌲

1-2:30pm 🗳️ Meet Your Candidates GOTV- Sumner County folk, join us Sunday at 1pm for a meet and greet with Matt Lyons and Michael Wellman. Both of these great neighbors want your support for county commissioner. Meet and visit with them here in a one on one setting. In addition, Katy Tyndell, running for Kansas' 4th Congressional District, will be on stage at 1:30 for a Q&A. (We've invited Rep. Ron Estes, as well).

4pm 🪩 TreeHouse Concert with BRAVE COMBO! 🎵 💃

Brave Combo is a 90-minute dance party, folks, and we mean to shake it all about- in our Halloween costumes, no doubt!

Thankfully, Carl and the boys were able to reschedule their triple-digit August date to November 1st as Brave Combo has become tradition at Bartlett Arboretum! Party's over at 6 to accommodate daylight savings.

The second best time is TODAY. 🌳 The tree sale is going on NOW at Bartlett Arboretum in Belle Plaine — red oaks, bald cypress, and the signature loblolly pines, all grown locally in good Kansas soil.
