Municipal officials, community leaders, residents, business owners, and interested community members are invited to join the Central Allegheny Highlands ATV Initiative for a public information meeting at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, November 10 in the Centre County Emergency Operations Center on the ground floor of Willowbank Building (420 Holmes St.) in Bellefonte. Interested individuals who can't attend in person can join the meeting online at tinyurl.com/CAH-Centre.
The Central Allegheny Highlands ATV Initiative, which evaluated the feasibility of establishing an interconnected network of legal ATV routes in Blair, Cambria, Centre, and Clearfield Counties, will be presenting the findings of their study at this meeting. This study directly supports the goals of the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, the Pennsylvania Office of Outdoor Recreation, and the recently created Pennsylvania Outdoor Business Alliance.
