Spring is coming, bb! If you're all about that spring hype up come check out 2 springtime books. One is a book of spring stories and poems and "The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up" is great spring cleaning inspiration! And as always last pic is a current shelfie.

Since we put out our valentines day books Nebraska has experienced a polar vortex and insane amounts of snow. So we won't be changing out our book stock until people can get a chance to check it out without risking their health.

For now enjoy a pic of our pet bird and namesake, Zelda, checking out the snow (it seems to scare her and we're not the least bit surprised tbh). Also 2nd pic is the current shelfie. Stay warm everyone!

COMING SOON TO AN LFL NEAR YOU!

Another author has sent us some signed books! Stephen Whitsett Jr is a Nebraskan native just like us and our library!

Dragons on Mars is a collection of short stories of scifi and fantasy all written by Whitsett.

The Cavern Deep: Book One of Joshua the Mage Master is Whitsett's debut novel. "The Cavern Deep is the story of an ordinary boy, Joshua who discovers he is to be the heir to the Elohim and the next Mage of Maranda, and his first test is against the Demon of the Cavern Deep."

We plan on putting these out sometime after Valentines day so keep an eye out!

Fall in love....WITH BOOKS!

We've got some semi transparent ruler valentines day bookmarks in all our books out right now (including some new valentines books)! Check them out and take some books!

Take a break from doom scrolling and read a book! We currently got a nearly full library so really this is when you should take a book and don't even worry about leaving one. We won't mind :) @ Bellevue, Nebraska

By the way this is Pudge, he lives next to our lfl and we love him dearly. The first pic is of him in a light snow and the 2nd pic is him after we dug a small path to our lfl.
