Soft-on-crime judges are putting law-abiding citizens in harm's way. King County Superior Court Judge Veronica Galvan, a Jay Inslee appointee, knows little about the suspect's home life. She blindly assumes 24-hour supervision is possible. We need laws in WA state holding radical judges, like Galvan, accountable when they release criminals who then reoffend. Courts need to start publishing per-judge recidivism data. Galvan seems incapable of learning from the past. In 2024, she released Millorz J. Canales, 17, who faced felony charges. Two weeks later he reoffended in Snohomish County, stabbing his victim eight times.

Galvan's judicial philosphy, in a single quote, speaks volumes. No one in their right mind would believe that justice could be blind in her courtroom.

"We have a problem in our state and in our country, and that problem is a resurgence in Communism," Washington State Republican Party Chairman Rep. Jim Walsh told the audience at a campaign event for Teresa Fox For US House Of Representatives Wa6, recently. "There's no other way to put it. This happens every generation or so. People forget how horrible collectivism is as an ideology. People forget the misery it causes."

Today's Communists, like Seattle Mayor Katie B. Wilson, go by the name Democrat Socialists of America or DSA—a new label on and old ideology—explains Chairman Walsh. He further notes that today’s communists tend to be underachievers and spoiled kids of the middle class, like Wilson herself, who never held a job before becoming mayor. “Their shortcomings, their own failures, their own inability to achieve drive their desire to grab achievement from others and redistribute it.”
